Unlimited Long Distance plan is only for use by residential customers calling within the United States of America. This plan is not intended for long distance access to the Internet, telemarketing, auto-dialing, data transmission or any commercial use. Plan requires subscription to OneSource local service. If customer disconnects OneSource local service, this plan will also be disconnected. If customer uses this service for any purpose other than residential voice, OneSource reserves the right to convert the account to the standard OneSource rate of 9 cents per minute for state-to-state and in-state domestic long distance calls.
Actual Internet downstream and upstream speeds will vary. Internet speed can be affected by the configuration of your computer (CPU speed, RAM, etc.), line condition, Internet/network congestion, customer network configuration (wiring, use of routers or other equipment, etc.) and the speed of Web site servers you access.
Prior to Internet installation computer is required to have a Network Interface Card (NIC) installed. Customer will be charged a $35 fee if an additional installation visit is required. For optimum performance, the following minimum configuration is recommended for your computer: Windows 2000/Mac-OS 10.1 or later version, Processor running at 300 Mhz or faster with 128 Mb of RAM and 100 Mb of available disk space.
Additional charges apply for outlets not previously wired for service. Additional charges may also apply for non-standard installations. Non-standard installations include some structured wiring systems, other installations requiring rerouting of existing wiring and/or installation of new wiring.
